e-cooperatives.com: Growing Farm Business on the Internet
July 23, 2008
Get Listed

National Farmers Union is pleased to offer an opportunity to grow your farm, co-op or rural business online!

Businesses pay an annual subscription to list at e-cooperatives.com and can also review and select other business services and promotion offers to enhance their listings. Searching for products is free to users. The Find Products page is especially geared to consumers.

The basic listing fee is $200 and allows your business and products to be registered for 12 months in the e-cooperatives database. The information you submit establishes your own unique company profile page, which appears on the site as users locate your business in the e-cooperatives search engine and read about your products, production methods, business type and other information. Your paid subscription also makes you eligible for additional business services and promotions. You also get your own personal admin page to monitor your account and edit the content of your listing. Members of Farmers Union qualify for a $50 discount on their listing.

Consider this: e-cooperatives.com is competitive in the growing e-commerce industry. The listing fee is much less than other Internet-based sites with similar services. Basic print newspaper ads running for just a few days can easily cost more that a year's listing on e-cooperatives. The e-cooperatives.com database allows users to search a variety of ways and 24-7 access to find your company and your products along with others. Currently there are over 8,000 regular visitors to e-cooperatives.

To list your business on e-cooperatives, please enter the requested information below and then click the "confirm" button. You will be taken to the checkout page where you can choose and pay the basic listing fee, add additional features, even join or renew your Farmers Union dues, by credit card or by check. When your account is paid, you will have 24-7 access from the sellers' admin page to regularly check your account, and make any changes and add updates to your company information throughout the year.
